Facebook is continuously trying to add and integrate new features in its messaging platform Whatsapp. Last month we saw Jio Mart being integrated with it. Now, it seems like Facebook is trying to integrate the all-new "Facebook Messenger Room" (An integrated video conferencing platform like Zoom, Google Meets, WebEx, etc) in WhatsApp. The ability to create a Room in Messenger is not yet available for everyone on WhatsApp.This feature seems to be only available to certain users in certain countries (like the United States). One can install version 2.20.163 beta of the app and try out their luck.
It is worth noting that WhatsApp now allows you to have a group call with up to 8 members at a time. Once the Facebook Messenger Rooms is available, one can conduct group calls with up to 50 members. Which is considerably higher than WhatsApps current capacity.

If you want to access Facebook Messenger Rooms without any complications now, just go to your Facebook Messenger App ➡ People, and there you will find a new "Create a room" option. It is very similar to other conference apps where you just need to share the link to the ones you want to join.
